Premium materials – we pride ourselves in working with high quality materials and products.  We utilize name brands such as Delta, Owens Corning, Schlage, Aquatic, and Alcoa, just to name a few; quality companies that take pride in the products and services they provide.

Maintenance free materials – we strive to use materials that require as little maintenance as possible over the coming years; such as vinyl siding, aluminum trim, and vinyl composite board at garage door openings.

Available options – if you have seen it or can dream it, we can probably do it.  We believe in the phrase “where there is a will there is a way.”

Limited allowances – we believe in creating a complete budget for your project.  We include, at a guaranteed price those items that others often give as allowances; we then give a list of items not included.  This allows you, the customer, to know your total cost before you begin the construction of your new home.  We strive for NO hidden cost OR surprises.  The total is the total unless YOU change it.

Experience – While P&P Builders is relatively new to the “stick built” industry, we have a long rich history in the custom home and systems built business.  Established in 1982, P&P has built hundreds of homes in the southern Illinois region, from the most economical to the most intricate of custom builds.
